<br />CES:djm (1.;'.{l7/90 (006/#27) <br />O't\IJI NAL <br /> <br />JAN 2 2 1990 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />No.1 1 211 <br /> <br />--------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING AGREEMENT FOR <br />CANTERBURY OAKS SUBDIVISION, (100 HORGAN AVENUE) <br />REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN <br />CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING <br />OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final map (including any dedications of <br /> <br />easements described therein) entitled Canterbury Oaks, in the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, prepared by Brian Kangas Foulk, consulting <br /> <br />engineers, for <br /> <br />Citation Builders, San Jose, California, the <br /> <br />owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the <br /> <br />City Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said <br /> <br />subdivision, is approved and accepted subject to the following <br /> <br />conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> <br />of Redwood Ci ty <br /> <br />("City") <br /> <br />for recordation, <br /> <br />the owner or <br /> <br />subdividers <br /> <br />(hereinafter "Owner" <br /> <br />shall mean the owner or <br /> <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of the <br /> <br />subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and execute <br /> <br />that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file in the office <br /> <br />of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for <br /> <br />Improvement of <br /> <br />Canterbury Oaks <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />(form dated 01/10/90) <br /> <br />wherein OWner, <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />consideration for the approval of said map by City, shall agree <br /> <br />to construct and complete in the time specified in said <br /> <br />agreement, <br /> <br />all <br /> <br />improvements required of Owner under the <br />
