2/22/99 <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RFSOLUTION NO. 13556 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY <br /> SUPPORT <br /> <br /> (CITY OF BURLINGAME) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Information Technology <br />Support Between the City of Redwood City and the City of Burlingame," (form <br />dated 01/21/99) by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California and the City of Burlingame, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California, a copy of which agreement is on file in the <br />Office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Reso-584 <br />F\Shared/Redwood/Cour~cil <br />DES:djk <br />02/10/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
