U 20 IDEe 181989 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 10400 ESTABLISHING <br />SALARY PLAN FOR EXEMPT MANAGEMENT, CONF IDENT IAL AND <br />CERTAIN OTHER POSITIONS TO ADD THE POSITION OF SENIOR <br />PROGRAMMER ANALYST AND THE CORRESPONDING SALARY <br />THEREFOR, AND TO DELETE THE POSITION OF PROGRAMMER <br />ANALYST <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />One <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Resolution <br /> <br />No. <br /> <br />10400, <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Resolution Establishing a Salary and Wage Plan for Exempt <br /> <br />Management and Confidential Employee Classifications", adopted <br /> <br />January 12, 1987, as amended, is hereby further amended to read <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />"SECTION 1. <br /> <br />The monthly salary rates in dollars <br /> <br />expressed as minimum and maximum amounts in Exhibit" A" , <br /> <br />attached hereto, and by this reference incorporated herein <br /> <br />as if set out if full herein / are hereby established for <br /> <br />each of the employee positions hereinafter designated <br /> <br />relating to management and confidential assignments and to <br /> <br />certain other employment classifications: <br /> <br />City Manager <br />City Clerk <br />Police Chief <br />Community Development Director <br />Finance Director <br />Park, Recreation and Community Services Director <br />Fire Chief <br />Library Director <br />Human Resources Director <br />General Services Director <br />Assistant City Manager <br />Data Services Manager <br />Senior Civil Engineer <br />Assistant Finance Director <br />Assistant to City Manager <br />Senior Accountant - Exempt <br /> <br />~--_"~'--""-~_#_-------~'_-_._~,--_._,.--...,--"-,-~--------.----- <br />
