WENDELL MOUNCE, A.I.A. & <br />ASSOCIATES, FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR THE PROPOSED NEW <br />POLICE FACILITY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement between H. Wendell Mounce, A.I.A. & <br /> <br />Associates and the City of Redwood City (form dated December 7, <br /> <br />1989), entitled "Agreement for Architectural Services - Proposed <br /> <br />New Police Facility", a copy of which is attached hereto and is <br /> <br />incorporated by reference herein, is hereby approved, and the <br /> <br />City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement by <br /> <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
