<br />DES:d~~ ll/16/89 (024/26) <br /> <br />ORIGfNAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />No.11188 <br /> <br />NOV 2 0 1989 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE FUNDING OF PENINSULA COMMUTE FEEDER <br />SHUTTLE PROJECT <br /> <br />(CALTRANS) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for the Purpose <br /> <br />of Transferring Funds to Caltrans for the Support of the <br /> <br />Peninsula Commute Service Feeder Shuttle Proj ect" (form dated <br /> <br />11/16/89) by and between the State of California, acting by and <br /> <br />through its Department of Transportation ("Cal trans") and the <br /> <br />Ci ty of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br /> <br />California, providing for cooperative funding by Caltrans and the <br /> <br />City to provide for feeder shuttle services for the enhancement <br /> <br />of commuter services in the City of Redwood City, a copy of which <br /> <br />agreement is attached hereto, marked Exhibit" A", and by this <br /> <br />reference incorporated herein, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> <br />Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said Agreement <br /> <br />substantially in the form of Exhibit A for and on behalf of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
