<br />CES:~~m 09/21/89 (081/#25) <br /> <br />OCT 2 1989 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 111 60 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION OF <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA RELATING TO LOCATION <br />UNDERGROUND WATER MAIN FACILITIES IN CONNECTION <br />FREEWAY CONSTRUCTION PROJECT ON STATE HIGHWAY 101 <br /> <br />OF <br />THE <br />OF <br />WITH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation of the State of <br /> <br />California <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />process <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />constructing <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />improvements along State Highway 101 from the Santa Clara County <br /> <br />line to a point 0.4 mile north of Whipple Avenue in Redwood City, <br /> <br />California; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the State of California through its Department of <br /> <br />Transportation desires to engage the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />California to locate the accuratly the underground water main <br /> <br />facilities in potential conflict with said freeway construction; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and the Department of Transportation of the State of <br />California entitled "Utility Agreement No. 617.41 Date 9/15/89," <br /> <br />a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br />which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
