A_L 1.. ~ <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, CALIFORNIA, <br />RELATING TO INFORMATION AND REFERRAL PROGRAM, FISCAL <br />YEAR JULY 1,1989 - JUNE 30,1990 <br /> <br />(FAIR OAKS COMMUNITY CENTER) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City provides an information, <br /> <br />referral, assessment and material assistance program at the Fair <br /> <br />Oaks Community Center in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said program materially benefits residents of the <br /> <br />County of San Mateo as well as the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of San Mateo and this City have <br /> <br />heretofore entered into agreements pursuant to which the County <br /> <br />provides funds for said program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by this <br /> <br />Council such funding agreement for the fiscal year July 1, 1989 - <br /> <br />June 30,1990; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Human <br /> <br />Services Programs" by and between the County of San Mateo and the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City pursuant to which the City shall provide an <br /> <br />information and referral program at the Fair Oaks Community <br /> <br />Center for fiscal year July 1, 1989 - June 30, 1990, and the <br /> <br />County shall fund said program, a copy of which agreement is on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br /> <br />hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and <br />
