<br />CES:dj~ 09/13/89 (077/#25) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />SEP 1,8 1989 <br />N o. 1114 50R1GfNAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PARCEL MAP 89-6 <br />(1533 HOPKINS AVENUE), REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, <br />SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; <br />APPROVING AND AUTHOR I ZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br />THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID <br />SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final map (including any dedications of <br /> <br />easements described therein) of Parcel Map 89-6 (1533 Hopkins <br /> <br />Avenue) <br /> <br />in the City of Redwood City, prepared by TESCO <br /> <br />Associates, for the owner of record of said subdivision, <br /> <br />heretofore determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the <br /> <br />tentative map for said subdivision, is approved and accepted <br /> <br />subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owner or <br /> <br />subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br /> <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> <br />the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the <br /> <br />Improvement of Parcel Map 89-6" <br /> <br />(form dated 09/12/89) <br /> <br />wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval of said map <br /> <br />by City, shall agree to construct and complete in the time <br /> <br />specified in said agreement, all improvements required of <br /> <br />Owner under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of <br />
