4/12/99 <br /> ORIGINAL - <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13599 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF OFFER AND AGREEMENT TO DEDICATE EASEMENT <br /> <br /> (Flatirons Funding, Limited Partnership) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Flatirons Funding, Limited Partnership ("Flatirons") proposes <br />to construct a pedestrian sidewalk along a portion of Shoreline Boulevard, in <br />Redwood City (the "Easement Area"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Flatirons proposes to dedicate to City a non-exclusive <br />easement on the Easement Area and to retain the obligations to maintain and <br />repair the Easement Area at all times; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, them has been presented to this Council for its review and <br /> <br />approval a document dedicating the Easement Area to the City. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain agreement entitled "Offer and Agreement to Dedicate <br />Easement" by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of <br />the State of California and Flatirons Funding, Limited Partnership, (form dated <br />03/29/99) granting a non-exclusive easement to the City over the Easement <br />Ama, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to ~vhich <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk am hereby authorized and <br /> <br />Reso-632 ,~ <br />sh/rwc/council/reso <br />FXS:fs <br />04/05/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
