<br />CES/ces (CHAS/010) <br /> <br />11108 <br /> <br />AU6 2 1 1989 <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N 0 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF REVOCABLE <br />PERMIT TO ALLOW THE SAN MATEO COUNTY GENEOLOGICAL SOCIETY TO <br />USE CERTAIN CITY OWNED REAL PROPERTY (A PORTION OF THE <br />BUILDING LOCATED AT 900 MAIN STREET) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The San Mateo County Geneological Society, Redwood <br /> <br />City, California, has requested permission to utilize a portion <br /> <br />of the building located at 900 Main Street, owned by the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, from August 15, 1989 through December 31, 1989; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />grant a revocable use permit permitting such use, subject to <br /> <br />certain specified terms and conditions; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a <br /> <br />revocable permit to the San Mateo County Geneological Society <br />for the use of a portion of the building located at 900 Main <br /> <br />Street for the period from August 15, 1989 through December 31, <br /> <br />1989, which permit shall not be effective until such time as <br /> <br />the San Mateo County Geneological Society executes an acceptance <br /> <br />of its terms and conditions. <br /> <br />2. The permit herein granted shall be in the form of that <br /> <br />certain permit entitled "Grant of Revocable Permit - 900 Main <br /> <br />Street" (form dated 08/10/89), which form is attached hereto as <br /> <br />"Exhibit A" and incorporated herein by reference, including the <br /> <br />description of that property subject to said permit, which is set <br /> <br />forth in "Exhibit A" of said permit. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
