That certain letter permit issued to Big Brothers/Big <br /> <br />Sisters of the Peninsula, Inc. for the use of a certain public <br /> <br />right-of-way to conduct the Redwood Shores Biathlon on August 20, <br /> <br />1989 in the form of Exhibit II A" hereof, attached hereto and by <br /> <br />this reference incorporated herein, is hereby approved, the <br /> <br />regulation of the public right-of-way described therein is hereby <br /> <br />adopted pursuant to Vehicle Code Section 21100, and the Chief of <br /> <br />Police is hereby authorized to issue said permit. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
