<br />CES:mmg 07/11/89 (#25/021) <br /> <br />OR1Gl NAL <br /> <br />JUl 17 1989 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PARCEL MAP 88-2 <br />(1232 EDGEWOOD ROAD, LANDS OF BEESON), REDWOOD CITY, <br />CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING <br />AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS <br />THEREOF; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR <br />SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING OFFER TO DEDICATE <br />EASEMENTS <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />~ 2. UJl80 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final map (including any dedications of <br /> <br />easements described therein) of Parcel Map 88-2 (1232 Edgewood <br /> <br />Road, Lands of Beeson) in the City of Redwood City, prepared by <br /> <br />Dominion Engineering Co., Inc., for the owner of record of said <br /> <br />subdivision, heretofore determined by the City Engineer as <br /> <br />conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, is approved <br /> <br />and accepted subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br />of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owner or <br />subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br />the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the <br />Improvement of Parcel Map 88-2" (form dated 07/11/89) <br />wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval of said map <br />by City, shall agree to construct and complete in the time <br />specified in said agreement, all improvements required of <br />Owner under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the <br />City of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of <br />said City, and such other improvements designated or <br />mentioned in said agreement. <br /> <br />(b) Before the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, Owner shall furnish to City and file with the <br />
