<br />DES:djk 07/07/89 (066/24) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />ORIGI NAL <br />11 078 JUl1\Q1989 <br /> <br />N o. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THIRD <br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL <br />SERVICES <br /> <br />(SOUTH BAYSIDE SYSTEM AUTHORITY) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled <br /> <br />"Third Amendment to <br /> <br />Agreement <br /> <br />Accounting and Financial Services" (form dated <br /> <br />06/14/89R) by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br /> <br />corporation of the State of California and the South Bayside <br /> <br />System Authority, a public entity, amending certain provisions of <br /> <br />that certain agreement dated January 8, 1987 by and between said <br /> <br />Authori ty and the City, a copy of which Third Amendment to <br /> <br />Agreement <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />attached <br /> <br />hereto, <br /> <br />marked <br /> <br />Exhibit <br /> <br />"A" , <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />incorporated herein by reference, is hereby approved, and the <br /> <br />City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said Third <br /> <br />Amendment to Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit A for <br /> <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
