<br />DES:dik 06/21/89 (#22) <br />JUN 26 1989 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N ~ 1 075 <br /> <br />OaIGli\JAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR PURCHASE OF SELECTED MATERIALS <br />(SAND, AGGREGATE, PEA GRAVEL AND FINES) 1989-90 <br />FISCAL YEAR AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR <br />BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />contract documents and specifications entitled "Water & Street <br /> <br />Divisions' Selected Materials 1989-90 Sand, Aggregate, Pea Gravel <br /> <br />and Fines" for the purchase of such materials for street <br /> <br />maintenance purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for bids for <br /> <br />such Selected Materials; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The <br /> <br />above-mentioned <br /> <br />Contract <br /> <br />Documents <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Specifications prepared in the office of the Director of General <br /> <br />Services and on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby <br /> <br />approved. <br /> <br />2.
