<br />DES:djk 06/22/89 (064/24) <br /> <br />JUN 2 6 1989 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />... ... n ~ A ORIGINAL <br />~o.~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF CENTRUM <br />OFFICE PARK SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, <br />BEING A RESUBDIVISION OF LOTS 1, 2, 3, AND 4 OF CENTRUM <br />SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. This Council hereby finds and declares as follows: <br /> <br />a. That certain proposed final subdivision map hereinafter <br />described, together with provisions for its design and <br />improvements, is consistent with the General Plan of <br />the City of Redwood City; <br /> <br />b. The Director of Community Development has determined <br />that said proposed final map conforms to the tentative <br />map for said subdivision; <br /> <br />c. Provisions for construction and installation of public <br />improvements for lands within said proposed subdivision <br />has been made by and through that certain subdivision <br />improvement agreement approved pursuant to Resolution <br />No. 10263 entitled "Resolution Approving and Accepting <br />Final Map of Centrum Subdivision, Redwood City, <br />California, Subject to Certain Conditions; <br />Conditionally Approving and Adopting Plans and <br />Specifications for Improvements Thereof; and Approving <br />and Authorizing Execution of Agreement for the <br />Construction of the Improvements for Said Subdivision", <br />adopted by this Council on July 28, 1986. <br /> <br />2. That certain final subdivision map, entitled "Centrum <br /> <br />Office Park Subdivision", being a resubdivision of Lots 1, 2, 3, <br /> <br />and 4 as shown on that certain map entitled "Centrum" filed in <br /> <br />volume 115 of Subdivision Maps at pages 22, 23, 24, and 25, San <br /> <br />Mateo County Records, City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, <br /> <br />State of California, is hereby approved and accepted. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
