<br />DES:mmg 06/08/89 (#25/010) <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />JUN 1 ~ 1989 <br /> <br />N Q. 11 069 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION CLAIMS ANALYSIS AND ADVISORY <br />SERVICES <br /> <br />(Harris & Associates, Inc.) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, <br /> <br />and Harris & Associates, <br /> <br />Inc. , <br /> <br />Cons~lting Engineers, <br /> <br />entitled "Agreement - Construction Contract Claims Analysis <br /> <br />and Advisory Services", (form dated 06/08/89), pursuant to <br /> <br />which said Harris <br /> <br />& Associates, <br /> <br />Inc. <br /> <br />shall provide <br /> <br />such <br /> <br />services <br /> <br />with <br /> <br />respect <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City's <br /> <br />Seaport <br /> <br />Reconstruction Project, a copy of which Agreement is <br /> <br />attached hereto marked Exhibit nAn, and by this reference <br /> <br />incorporated herein, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> <br />Manager and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute, and attest thereto, respectively, said <br /> <br />Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit II A" for and <br /> <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
