<br />DES:mmg ~~/30/89 (#23/133) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11064 <br /> <br />JUl'f 5 1989 <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT PROVIDING FOR PRISONER TRANSPORTATION <br />SERVICES <br /> <br />(COUNTY OF SAN MATEO) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Prisoner <br /> <br />Transportation Services between the City of Redwood City and <br /> <br />County of San Mateo" by and between the County of San Mateo, a <br /> <br />political subdivision of the State of California, and the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, <br /> <br />pursuant to which said County shall provide, under its agreement <br /> <br />with the County of Los Angeles, certain prisoner transportation <br /> <br />services to the City of Redwood City, which agreement is in the <br /> <br />form of Exhibit "A" hereof attached hereto and by this reference <br /> <br />incorporated herein, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City <br /> <br />Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to <br /> <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
