<br />DES:d~ 05/18/89 (057/24) <br /> <br />JUN 5 1989 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />11 0 5 3 U,\llll\~i\L <br />N o. - <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORI ZING ISSUANCE OF ADDENDUM TO LETTER <br />PERMIT HERETOFORE ISSUED TO PENINSULA CELEBRATION <br />ASSOCIATION, AND REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY <br />IN CONNECTION THEREWTIH <br /> <br />(4TH OF JULY CELEBRATION) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain addendum to letter permit heretofore issued to <br /> <br />the Peninsula Celebration Association pursuant to Resolution No. <br /> <br />11025, adopted April 24, 1989 by this Council, which addendum is <br /> <br />in the form of Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this <br /> <br />reference incorporated herein is hereby approved, the regulation <br /> <br />of the public rights-of-way described therein is hereby adopted <br /> <br />pursuant to Vehicle Code Section 21100, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized to issue said addendum. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />11058 <br />
