3/22/99 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13589 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY ADOPTING THE <br /> STATEMENT OF LOCAL GOALS AND POLICIES REGARDING <br /> COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICTS IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 53312.7 of the California Government Code, the Council of <br />Redwood City (the "Council of Redwood City") has prepared a "Statement of Local Goals and <br />Policies" concerning the use of Chapter 2.5 of Part I of Division 2 of Title 5 of the Government <br />Code of the State of California (the "Act") in providing adequate public infrastructure improvements <br />for the City of Redwood City (the "City") and for the refunding of existing debt on land within the <br />City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of Redwood City has considered the Statement of Local Goals and <br />Policies and desires to adopt this resolution pursuant to Section 53321 of the Government Code of <br />the State of California to adopt the Statement of Local Goals and Policies. <br /> <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY HEREBY FINDS, DETERMINES, RESOLVES, <br />AND ORDERS AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The above recitals are true and correct. <br /> <br /> 2. The Statement of Local Goals and Policies is hereby adopted. <br /> <br /> 3.
