<br />MJP:mmcr OS/25/89 (#23/128) <br />MJP:mm~ J6/0S/89R <br /> <br />co PY. <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. 1-11l41 <br /> <br />JUN - 5 198~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CERTAIN PARCELS LOCATED IN THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, AS THE <br />STAMBAUGH-HELLER HISTORIC RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of Section 40.7 <br /> <br />of the Code of the City of Redwood City the Historic Resources <br /> <br />Advisory Committee presented an application, (and documents in <br /> <br />support of said application), <br /> <br />to the Planning Commission <br /> <br />requesting the designation of the hereinafter described parcels <br /> <br />or parts thereof as a historic district; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, upon reviewing said <br /> <br />application and documents, and upon the testimony received at its <br /> <br />noticed public hearing held upon said Committee's requested <br /> <br />designation, has recommended that the following parcels or parts <br /> <br />thereof be designated as a historic district: <br /> <br />STAMBAUGH-HELLER HISTORIC RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br />DESIGNATION; Location--Being 28 parcels generally bound <br />by Elm Street to the West, 300 feet of northerly <br />frontage along Stambaugh Street to the North, Cedar <br />Street to the East, and 200 feet of southerly frontage <br />along Heller Street to the South; APN 053-148- (030, <br />040, 130), 053-144-(010, 020, 030, 040, 090, 100, 110, <br />120, 130), 053-145-(080, 090, 100, 250), 053-151-(010, <br />130', 140, 150), 053-152-130, 053-245-(120, 130, 140, <br />150, 220, 420); "R-4" (Multi-Family--Medium Density) <br />District. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1.
