A., IN ORDER TO <br />ENABLE THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY TO ACCEPT PAYMENT BY <br />CREDIT CARD FOR SALES OF SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS TURFGRASS <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION AND DELIVERY OF SALES <br />SLIPS, CREDIT MEMORANDA, AND OTHER DOCUMENTS RELATED TO <br />THE PERFORMANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT TO WELLS FARGO BANK, <br />N.A. BY CITY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain agreement entitled "Business Bankcard <br /> <br />Service and Security Agreement" between the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., form dated <br /> <br />1989, a copy <br /> <br />of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk and <br /> <br />to which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars <br /> <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />2. City staff, as designated or approved by the City <br /> <br />Manager, are hereby authorized to, on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, make and deliver sales slips, credit memoranda, and <br /> <br />other instruments to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. in connection with <br /> <br />the City's performance of the above-referenced agreement. <br /> <br />3. This resolution shall remain in force and effect until <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City notifies Wells Fargo Bank, N.
