4/12/99 <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13586 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL TECHNICAL <br /> ASSISTANCE SERVICES RELATING TO THE HOUSING <br /> REHABILITATION PROGRAM <br /> <br /> (ICF INCORPORATED) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires technical assistance <br />services with the structure and operation of its Housing Rehabilitation Program in <br />the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ICF Incorporated of San Rafael, California, represents <br />that it is qualified on the basis of experience and expertise to perform the <br /> <br />aforesaid services required for the Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Technical <br />Assistance Services- Housing Rehabilitation Program" (form dated 03/11/99), <br />by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California, and ICF Incorporated of San Rafael, California, for the performance of <br />the above-mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office <br />of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br />thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br /> <br />Reso-621 1 <br />(~:kshared~,redwood\council <br />DES:djk <br />03/11/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
