RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP FOR THE LAKESHORE TOWNHOMES UNIT 2 SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That certain final map (including any dedications or easements described therein) for the Lakeshore Townhomes Unit 2 Subdivision in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Brian-Kangas-Foulk & Associates for Haseko JDO Associates, Costa Mesa, California, owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, is approved, subject to the following conditions: (a) Before the release of said final map by the City of Redwood City ("City" ) for recordation, the owners or subdividers (hereinafter "Owners" shall mean the owners or subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for Improvements to Lakeshore Townhomes Unit 2 " wherein OWners, in consideration of the approval of said map by City, shall agree to construct and complete in the time specified in said agreement, all improvements required of Owners under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of said City, and such other improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement. (b) Before the release of said final map by City for recordation, the OWners shall furnish to City and file with the City Clerk a good and sufficient security in a form subject to the approval of the City Attorney, securing the 11021
