<br />DAS:d;~ 04/12/89 (042/24) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />ORfG INAC <br />ll1l21 <br /> <br />APR 1.7 1989 <br /> <br />N o. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP FOR THE <br />LAKESHORE TOWNHOMES UNIT 2 SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, <br />CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING <br />AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS <br />THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE <br />IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final map (including any dedications or <br /> <br />easements described therein) for the Lakeshore Townhomes Unit 2 <br /> <br />Subdivision <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City, <br /> <br />prepared <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />Brian-Kangas-Foulk & Associates for Haseko <br /> <br />JDO Associates, <br /> <br />Costa Mesa, California, owner of record of said subdivision, <br /> <br />heretofore determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the <br /> <br />tentative map for said subdivision, is approved, subject to the <br /> <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br />of Redwood City ("City" ) for recordation, the owners or <br />subdividers (hereinafter "Owners" shall mean the owners or <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br />the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for <br />Improvements to Lakeshore Townhomes Unit 2 " wherein OWners, <br />in consideration of the approval of said map by City, shall <br />agree to construct and complete in the time specified in <br />said agreement, all improvements required of Owners under <br />the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of <br />Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of said <br />City, and such other improvements designated or mentioned in <br />said agreement. <br /> <br />(b) Before the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, the OWners shall furnish to City and file with <br />the City Clerk a good and sufficient security in a form <br />subject to the approval of the City Attorney, securing the <br /> <br />11021 <br />
