<br />DAS:mr~ 3/16/89 (#23/098) <br /> <br />MAR 2 ,01989 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N 211 002 ORiGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE STREET RESURFACING PROJECT 1988-1989; AND <br />AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />contract documents and specifications for the Street Resurfacing <br /> <br />Project 1988-1989; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for said <br /> <br />construction; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />I. Those certain documents entitled "Contract Documents <br /> <br />and - Specifications for Street Resurfacing Project 1988-1989 _ <br /> <br />Ci ty of Redwood City, California" , prepared by the City <br /> <br />Engineering Division, Department of Community Development and on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
