3/8/99 <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO, 13575 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY, THE CITIES OF MENLO PARK, <br /> BURLINGAME, SAN MATEO, AND THE PENINSULA <br /> CORRIDOR JOINT POWERS BOARD REGARDING <br /> RESPONSIBILITIES INHERENT WITH A PROJECT TO DESIGN <br /> AND INSTALL RUBBERIZED GRADE CROSSINGS AT <br /> VARIOUS LOCATIONS ALONG THE CALTRAIN COMMUTER <br /> RAILROAD TRACKS WITHIN SAN MATEO COUNTY <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain amendment to agreement entitled, "Amendment to <br />Agreement Between the City of Redwood City, the Cities of Menlo Park, <br />Burlingame, San Mateo, and the Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board <br />Regarding Responsibilities Inherent With a Project to Design and Install <br />Rubberized Grade Crossings at Various Locations Along the CALTRAIN <br />Commuter Railroad Tracks Within San Mateo County" (the "Amendment"; form <br />dated 03/01/99), a copy of which Amendment is on tile in the office of the City <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized <br />and directed to execute and to attest thereto, respectively said Amendment for <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Reso-588 <br />f;~sh/sh/RC~Council <br />FXS:ds <br />03/01/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
