3/8/99 <br /> _ ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13573 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF GRANT OF REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR USE OF CERTAIN <br /> CITY-OWNED REAL PROPERTY <br /> <br /> (HERKNER SWIM POOL) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain revocable permit entitled, "Grant of Revocable Permit <br />(Herkner Swim Pool)" (form dated 02~24~99), pursuant to which the Sequoia High <br />School District of 1201 Brewster Avenue, Redwood City, CA 94062, subject to <br />certain terms and conditions, is hereby granted permission to use the Herkner <br />Swim Pool at that certain City-owned real property, commonly known as <br />1315 Madison Avenue, Redwood City, California, is hereby approved, and the <br />City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and <br />to attest thereto, respectively, said permit substantially in the form of Exhibit "A," <br />for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Reso-605 <br />G:lsharedlRedwoodlCoundl <br /> <br />FXS:djk <br />02/24/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
