<br />DES:djk 12/08/88 (014/24) <br /> <br />DEe 1 2 1988 <br /> <br />ORI' <br />RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $1,200 FROM ASSET GINAL <br />FORFEITURE FUND TO APPROPRIATION FOR OPERATING PROGRAM <br />FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT, SUPPLIES AND SERVICES <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N Q. 1 0948 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The sum of One Thousand Two Hundred and No/lOO Dollars <br /> <br />($1,200.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated <br /> <br />balance of the asset forfeiture fund established pursuant to the <br /> <br />provisions of Health & Safety Code Sections 11470 et seq., to the <br /> <br />appropriation for law enforcement, acquisition of supplies and <br /> <br />services, for the purpose of acquiring tactical safety vests. <br /> <br />2. The aforementioned sum shall be for expenditure during <br /> <br />the fiscal year July 1, 1988 - June 30, 1989 and shall be in <br /> <br />addi tion to all sums appropriated for such purposes during the <br /> <br />fiscal year July 1, 1988 - June 30, 1989. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10948 <br />
