<br />DAS:mma 9/29/88 (#23/030) <br />OCT 3 1988 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />NQ.I0916 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR THE DESIGN OF <br />A FIRE STATION AT REDWOOD SHORES <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Architectural <br /> <br />Services for the Design of a Fire Station at Redwood Shores", by <br /> <br />and between the City of Redwood City and Design & Engineering <br /> <br />Systems, Inc., a copy of which agreement is on file in the office <br /> <br />of the City Clerk, and to which copy reference is hereby made for <br /> <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved; and the City <br /> <br />Manager is hereby authorized to execute said agreement for and on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10916 <br />
