<br />DAS:mma 9/8/88 (#23/026) <br />SEP 1 2 1988 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10897 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR PREPARATION OF AN <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT (WESTERN ECOLOGICAL <br />SERVICES COMPANY, INC.) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain amendment to agreement entitled "Amendment to <br /> <br />Agreement for Preparation of Environmental Impact Report <br /> <br />(Western Ecological Services Company, Inc.) (form dated 9/8/88) <br /> <br />by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation <br /> <br />of the State of California and Western Ecological Services <br /> <br />Company, Inc., (providing for the preparation of an environmental <br /> <br />impact report to evaluate the impacts of Constructing: <br /> <br />a road <br /> <br />extension from Bayshore Road to Bair Island Road and the Police <br /> <br />Facility at Zimmerman Park (model airplane field), a copy of <br /> <br />which amendment is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br /> <br />thereof, is hereby approved; and the City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute said amendment to agreement <br /> <br />for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10897 <br />
