<br />SWC:djk 08/04/88 <br /> <br />(#21) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10856 <br /> <br />AUG 8 1988 <br />OI~lG!;JAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION AND MATERIALS <br />TESTING SERVICES FOR FAIR OAKS COMMUNITY CENTER/TEWCI <br />SENIOR CENTER ADDITION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires a consultant for <br /> <br />construction inspection and materials testing for the Fair Oaks <br /> <br />Community Center/TEWCI Senior Center Addition; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage Testing <br /> <br />Engineers, <br /> <br />Inc. , <br /> <br />Santa Clara, California to perform such <br /> <br />services; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Testing <br /> <br />Engineers, <br /> <br />Inc. <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Agreement <br /> <br />Construction Inspection and Materials Testing Services for Fair <br /> <br />Oaks Community Center/TEWCI Senior Center Addition", a copy of <br /> <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk and to <br /> <br />which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof <br /> <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10856 <br />
