<br />SWC.djk 08/03/88 (#21) <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />AUG 8 1988 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10854 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR AUCTION SERVICES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council from time to time proposes to sell <br /> <br />surplus City-owned personal property at auction; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br /> <br />Council an agreement for expert personal services for conducting <br /> <br />such auctions on an as-needed basis; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement, entitled II Agreement <br /> <br />Auction <br /> <br />Services II (form dated 8/1/88), by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Van <br /> <br />Cleves/Nationwide <br /> <br />Auction <br /> <br />Services, <br /> <br />Napa, <br /> <br />California, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br /> <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10854 <br />
