<br />SWC:mmg 8/2/88 (#22/012) <br /> <br />ORiGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10842 <br /> <br />AUG <br /> <br />8 1988 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH BREWSTER PARTNERS, LTD., FOR <br />REIMBURSEMENT OF LOST PARKING METER REVENUES <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />agreement <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Agreement <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Reimbursement of Parking Meter Revenues", by and between the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City and Brewster Partners, Ltd., a copy of which <br /> <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk and to which <br /> <br />copy reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is <br /> <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />2.
