<br />DAS: b;' <br />DAS:rn:.. <br /> <br />07/07/88 (#22) <br />08/25/88/R (#22) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10820 <br /> <br />JUl 1 1 1988 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF FOX <br />HOLLOW SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT <br />TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; ACCEPTING AN <br />OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE <br />IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE ALLOCATION <br />OF SEWER CAPACITY AND THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF THE <br />SEWER SYSTEM FOR SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final map (including any dedications or <br /> <br />easements described therein) of the Fox Hollow Subdivision in the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, prepared by Brian-Kangas-Foulk and <br /> <br />Associates, Inc., consultant for R.C. Fox Hollow, Ltd., a <br /> <br />Limited Partnership, owners of record of said subdivision, <br /> <br />heretofore determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the <br /> <br />tentative map for said subdivision, is approved, subject to the <br /> <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br />of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owners or <br />subdividers (hereinafter "Owners" shall mean the owners or <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br />the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the <br />Improvement of Fox Hollow Subdivision" (" Improvement <br />Agreement") wherein Owners, in consideration of the approval <br />of said map by City, shall agree to construct and complete <br />in the time specified in said agreement, all improvements <br />required of Owners under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the <br />Code of the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision <br />regulations of said City, and such other improvements <br />designated or mentioned in said agreement; as well as enter <br />into and execute that agreement on file in the office of the <br />City Clerk, entitled "Agreement" wherein the allocation of <br />sewer capacity, and the duties for the maintenance and <br />repair of the sewer system for said subdivision are set out. <br /> <br />1 0820 <br />
