<br />DAS.bjl 06/03/88 (#22) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10807 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JUN 6 1988 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF PARCEL <br />MAP NO. 88-3, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO <br />CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final map (including any dedications or <br /> <br />easements described therein) of Parcel Map No. 88-3 Subdivision <br /> <br />in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Brian, Kangas & Foulk <br /> <br />for Kyo Associates of Burlingame, California, owner of record of <br /> <br />said subdivision, heretofore determined by the City Engineer as <br /> <br />conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, is <br /> <br />approved, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br />of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owners or <br />subdividers (hereinafter "Owners" shall mean the owners or <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br />the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for <br />Improvements at Parcel Map No. 88-3 Subdivision" wherein <br />OWners, in consideration of the approval of said map by <br />Ci ty, shall agree to construct and complete in the time <br />specified in said agreement, all improvements required of <br />Owners under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the <br />City of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of <br />said City, and such other improvements designated or <br />mentioned in said agreement. <br /> <br />(b) Before the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, the Owners shall furnish to City and file with <br />the City Clerk a good and sufficient security in a form <br />subject to the approval of the City Attorney, securing the <br />faithful performance of said OWners of all work and <br />construction of all improvements designated or mentioned in <br />said agreement, within the time therein specified, the <br /> <br />10807 <br />
