<br />DAS:~il 04/07/88 (#22) <br /> <br />ORiGI ~~AL <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10768 <br /> <br />APR 11 1988 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF THE CAROLINA PRESSURE ZONE WATER MAIN <br />PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS <br />THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for the construction of the Carolina <br /> <br />Pressure Zone Water Main Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for said <br /> <br />construction; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain documents entitled "Contract Documents <br /> <br />and Specifications for Carolina Pressure Zone Water Main Project, <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, California", prepared by the engineering <br /> <br />firm of Kennedy/Jenks/Chilton, and on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Clerk are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />bids <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />called <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />above-mentioned <br /> <br />specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />l016~ <br />
