<br />DAS:hil 04/08/88 (#22) <br /> <br />APR 11 1988 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />No.I0765 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATION FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT, REHABILITATION AND REPAIR OF THE BROADWAY <br />MALL PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR <br />BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />ORiGiNAL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for the improvement, rehabilitation and <br /> <br />repair of the Broadway Mall; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for said <br /> <br />work; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Those <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />documents <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Sidewalks <br /> <br />Demonstration Replacement Project <br /> <br />1988", prepared by the <br /> <br />engineering firm of Wilsey & Ham, and on file in the office of <br /> <br />the City Clerk are hereby approved. <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />bids <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />called <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />above-mentioned <br /> <br />specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />1 0765 <br />
