<br />DAS.bjl <br />DA~ I j 1 <br /> <br />3/28/88 (#22) <br />4/04/88R <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10755 <br /> <br />APR 4 1988 <br />ORJGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATING TO <br />REPLACEMENT OF VETERANS BOULEVARD/REDWOOD CREEK <br />BRIDGE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City requires engineering <br /> <br />services relating to the replacement of that certain structure <br /> <br />commonly known as the Veterans Boulevard/Redwood Creek Bridge <br /> <br />(the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Dokken Engineering, Consulting Engineers, has <br /> <br />represented to this Council that it is qualified to perform such <br /> <br />services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by this <br /> <br />Council an agreement by and between the City of Redwood City and <br /> <br />Dokken Engineering relating to such services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and <br /> <br />Dokken Engineering entitled "Agreement - Engineering Services _ <br /> <br />Veterans Boulevard/Redwood Creek Bridge Replacement" (form dated <br /> <br />4/04/88R), a copy of which is on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and <br /> <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10755 <br />
