<br />DAS:nil 02/18/88 (#22) <br />03/23/88R <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 1 074 6 <br /> <br />MAR 2 8 1988 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF PARCEL <br />MAP 87-10 (3790 RED OAK WAY) SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD <br />CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CE~TAIN CONDITIONS; <br />APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE <br />IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING AN <br />OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final map (including any dedications or <br /> <br />easements described therein) of Parcel Map 87-10 (3790 Red Oak <br />Way) Subdivision in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Rick <br /> <br />Skierka and Steve Yaeger for Redwood City School District, owners <br /> <br />of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the City <br /> <br />Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, <br /> <br />is approved, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br />of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owners or <br />subdividers (hereinafter "Owners" shall mean the owners or <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br />the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the <br />Improvement of Parcel Map 87-10 (3790 Red Oak Way) <br />Subdivision II wherein OWners, in consideration of the <br />approval of said map by City, shall agree to construct and <br />complete in the time specified in said agreement, all <br />improvements required of Owners under the provisions of <br />Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, being <br />the subdivision regulations of said City, and such other <br />improvements designated or mentioned in said agreement. <br /> <br />(b) Before the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, the OWners shall furnish to City and file with <br />the City Clerk a good and sufficient security in a form <br />subject to the approval of the City Attorney, securing the <br />faithful performance of said OWners of all work and <br />construction of all improvements designated or mentioned in <br />said agreement, within the time therein specified, the <br /> <br />10746 <br />
