<br />DAS~~il 3/24/88 (#22) <br /> <br />MAR 2 8 1988 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N Q. 1 0 745 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF LINCOLN <br />PLACE SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO <br />CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final map (including any dedications or <br /> <br />easements described therein) of Lincoln Place Subdivision in the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, prepared by Lea Engineering for D.E.C. <br /> <br />Corporation of Menlo Park, California, owners of record of said <br /> <br />subdivision, heretofore determined by the City Engineer as <br /> <br />conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, is <br /> <br />approved, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br />of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owners or <br />subdividers (hereinafter "Owners" shall mean the owners or <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br />the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the <br />Improvement of Lincoln Place Subdivision" wherein Owners, in <br />consideration of the approval of said map by City, shall <br />agree to construct and complete in the time specified in <br />said agreement, all improvements required of Owners under <br />the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of <br />Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of said <br />City, and such other improvements designated or mentioned in <br />said agreement. <br /> <br />(b) Before the release of said final map by City for <br />recordation, the Owners shall furnish to City and file with <br />the City Clerk a good and sufficient security in a form <br />subject to the approval of the City Attorney, securing the <br />faithful performance of said Owners of all work and <br />construction of all improvements designated or mentioned in <br />said agreement, within the time therein specified, the <br />amount of said security to be One Hundred Ten Thousand and <br /> <br />10 745 <br />
