FXS:d~'~- 11/12/98 (009/35) <br /> 0 R I C I N A k 12/7/98 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13528 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PARKING METER ZONES AND <br /> CORRESPONDING RATES AND TIME SCHEDULES FOR PUBLICLY <br /> CONTROLLED OFF-STREET PARKING FACILITIES; AND <br /> RESCINDING ANY AND ALL RESOLUTIONS OR PROVISIONS <br /> THEREOF IN CONFLICT HEREWITH <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City owns, operates and <br /> maintains those certain off-street parking facilities hereinafter <br /> referenced; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 20.117(b) of <br /> the Code of the City of Redwood City and Section 35560 of the <br /> Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, authority <br /> is vested in this Council to establish and, from time to time, <br /> revise charges for use of said facilities, including the <br /> establishment and revision of parking meter zones, rates and <br /> <br /> related regulations; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The following parking meter zones for publicly <br /> controlled off-street parking facilities in the City of Redwood <br /> City are hereby established: <br /> <br /> MAXIMUM PARKING EFFECTIVE <br /> ZONE RATE PERIOD DAYS <br /> <br /> Main Street <br /> Parking Lot <br /> Meters Numbered <br /> M 1 through M 20 12½¢ for Ten Every day except <br /> M 31 through M 40 each Hours Saturdays, Sundays <br /> M 49 through M 61 hour and holidays. <br /> M 93 through M 100 <br /> M 175 through M 186 <br /> M 228 through M 231 <br /> <br /> <br />
