<br />SWC:d~k 03/02/88 (#21) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />1 0732 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />MAR '7 J988 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH WOODWARD-CLYDE CONSULTANTS FOR <br />PREPARATION OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT <br />(WESTPORT DEVELOPMENT PROJECT) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Preparation <br /> <br />of an Environmental Impact Report <br /> <br />(Westport Development <br /> <br />Project)" (form dated 3/2/88), by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and Woodward-Clyde Consultants, a copy of which agreement is <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, and to which copy <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />1 0732 <br />
