<br />DAS:bjl 3/3/88 (#22) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />1 0 72 5 <br /> <br />MAR 7 1988 <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT <br />HESS ROAD AND WOODSIDE ROAD (THE HILLSDALE GROUP) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for <br /> <br />Traffic Signal at Hess Road and Woodside Road - The Hillsdale <br /> <br />Group" (form dated 3/3/88) by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and Woodside Retirement Investors, a California Limited <br /> <br />Partnership, dba The Hillsdale Group, a copy of which agreement <br /> <br />is on file in the office of the City Clerk, and to which copy <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby <br /> <br />approved; and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute <br /> <br />the aforesaid agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />1 0725 <br />
