12/7/98 <br /> - ORIGIHAL ' <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13526 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL ARBORICULTURAL <br /> INSPECTION SERVICES <br /> <br /> (RAY MORNEAU, ARBORIST) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires arboriculturel inspection <br />services related to heritage trees on private properties in the City of Redwood <br />City (the "Projects); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ray Morneau of Mountain View, California, represents that it <br />possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the aforesaid services <br />required for the Projects; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, ~Agreement - Professional Arboricultural <br />Inspection Services" (form dated 11/30/98), by and between the City of Redwood <br />City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and Ray Morneau for the <br />performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk <br />are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, respectively, <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />DES:dJk <br />F:/S hare~Redwood/Councl <br />11/30/98 <br /> <br /> <br />
