12/7/98 <br /> _ ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13525 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT WITH THE REDWOOD CITY ELEMENTARY <br /> SCHOOL DISTRICT TO PROVIDE FOR A SCHOOL RESOURCE <br /> OFFICER AT KENNEDY AND McKINLEY MIDDLE SCHOOLS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Service Between the City <br />of Redwood City and the Redwood City School District," by and between the City <br />of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California and the <br />Redwood City Elementary School District, a copy of which agreement is on file in <br />the Office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof is hereby authorized, and the City Manager and City Clerk are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Reso-115 <br />DES:djk <br />G:lsharedlRedwoodlCounci~ <br />11/17/98 <br /> <br /> <br />
