<br />D~S:djk 12/17/87 (#20) <br /> <br />DE.c 2 1 1987 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />1 0 70;) <br /> <br />OHlGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />SIGNAL SYSTEMS MARINE PARKWAY/SHOREWAY ROAD; AND <br />AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for signal systems - Marine Parkway / <br /> <br />Shoreway Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for said <br /> <br />signal systems; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain documents entitled "Contract Documents <br /> <br />and Specifications for Signal Systems - Marine Parkway/Shoreway <br /> <br />Road", prepared by the City Department of Community Development, <br /> <br />Engineering Division and on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
