<br />SWC : JAT : rdx l2/l8/87 <br /> <br />DEe 2 1 1987 <br />ORiGiNAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N Q. <br /> <br />I 0 700 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING TENTATIVE APPROVAL OF CANCELLATION <br />OF WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; <br />AND MAKING APPROPRIATE FINDINGS THEREOF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code Section 51282, and in <br /> <br />accordance with the requirements set forth thereby, a petition for <br /> <br />cancellation of a Williamson Act contract on land located within <br /> <br />the Horgan Ranch area of Redwood City, was filed with the City on <br /> <br />December 3, 1987 by the Law Offices of WILHELM, THOMPSON, WENTHOLT <br /> <br />& GIBBS by James A. Thompson, Esquire on behalf of the following <br /> <br />applicants: <br /> <br />NAME OF APPLICANTS: <br /> <br />1. Petitioners Jim H. Nakano, Harriet K. Nakano, Louis <br />Kei Nakano, Dale A. Nakano, and the Hajime Nakano and <br />Tsutaye Nakano 1981 Trust, by Jim Hiroshi Nakano and <br />Louis Kei Nakano, Co-Trustees under Declaration of Trust <br />dated October 20, 1981, owners of land under contract <br />known as APN 059-240-(890, 910). <br /> <br />All of the above listed parcels are more particularly <br /> <br />described on "Exhibit A" attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> <br />by reference; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 8930 adopted October 8, <br /> <br />1981, attached hereto as "Exhibit B" and incorporated herein by <br /> <br />reference, and Resolution No. 9160 adopted July 19, 1982, attached <br /> <br />hereto as "Exhibit C" and incorporated herein by reference, all of <br /> <br />the subject property identified as the "Lands of Nakano" in that <br /> <br />certain map attached hereto as "Exhibit D" and more particularly <br /> <br />described in "Exhibit A" has been annexed to the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City; and <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />10700 <br />
