<br />SWC :rlj k 12/4/87 (# 21) <br /> <br />DEe 7 1987 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />1 0698 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONSENTING TO RELINQUISHMENT TO THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY BY THE CALIFORNIA <br />TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION; EXPRESSING WILLINGNESS TO <br />ACCEPT SUCH PROPERTY IN AN II AS IS" CONDITION; AND <br />WAIVING THE 90 DAY NOTICE REQUIREMENT (MARINE PARKWAY <br />AND SHOREWAY ROAD) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. This Council hereby consents to the relinquishment by <br /> <br />the California Transportation Commission, to the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, of that certain real property shown on the attached maps, <br /> <br />labeled "Parcel A" and "Parcel BII, respectively, and more <br /> <br />particularly described on the attached legal descriptions labeled <br /> <br />"Parcel A" and "Parcel B", respectively, all of which maps and <br /> <br />exhibits are incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />2. This Council further expresses its willingness to <br /> <br />accept such property in an "as is" condition. <br /> <br />3.
