<br />DF.S:djk 12/2/87 (#21) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />1 0693 <br /> <br />DEe <br /> <br />7 1987 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE <br />AGREEMENT WITH REDWOOD CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR AFTER- <br />SCHOOL CHILD CARE PROGRAM. <br /> <br />ORIGi NAL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Parks, Recreation and Community <br /> <br />Services of the City of Redwood City conducts an after-school <br /> <br />child care program referred to as the "Kids Klub Day Care <br /> <br />Program"; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said program requires the use of certain areas of <br /> <br />Roosevelt School, owned by the Redwood City School District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br /> <br />Council a lease agreement by and between the Redwood City School <br /> <br />District and the City of Redwood City providing for the use of <br /> <br />certain areas within said Roosevelt School for leased space for <br /> <br />the operation of the aforesaid program; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Tha t certain lease agreement by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and the Redwood City School District entitled, <br /> <br />"Lease of Premises at Roosevelt School - Redwood City School <br /> <br />District <br /> <br />Redwood City, California", <br /> <br />(form dated 12/2/87) <br /> <br />providing for the leasing by the City of a portion of Roosevelt <br /> <br />School for an after-school child care program, a copy of which <br /> <br />lease agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br /> <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute said lease agreement for and <br /> <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />1 0693 <br />
