12/7/98 <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13521 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF PURCHASE DOCUMENTS FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE <br /> (1) KONICA 7040 DIGITAL COPIER/IMAGING SYSTEM FOR THE <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT, ENGINEERING <br /> AND CONSTRUCTION DIVISION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, written bids without public advertisement were solicited for <br />the purchase of one (1) copier/imaging system for the Community Development <br />Department, Engineering and Construction Division of the City of Redwood City; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said solicitation, three bids were received; and <br />WHEREAS, Konica Business Technology, Inc. of San Jose, California, is <br />the lowest responsible bidder and it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />accept the bid of Konica Business Technology, Inc.; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
