<br />DAS:SB 10/23/87 (#0) <br />S:nt 10/30/87R <br /> <br />NOV 2 1987 <br />ORIGIN,4L <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />No.10673 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR BASKETBALL OFFICIATING SERVICES FOR <br />1987-88 ADULT BASKETBALL PROGRAM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an Agreement has been presented to the City to <br />provide refereeing and score keeping services for the 1986-87 <br />adult basketball program; and <br />WHEREAS, Redwood City Umpires Association has provided <br />professional basketball officiating services for the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City for over ten (10) years which has greatly reduced <br /> <br />the administration costs associated with adult recreation <br /> <br />programs; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Tha t certain Agreement entitled, II Agreement for Basketball <br /> <br />Officiating Services" (form dated 10/23/87), a copy of which <br /> <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> <br />copy reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is <br /> <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute the same for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10673 <br />
